Yes indeed Nicolas, there was a game in the end. Jonathan went back to Raanana and raided his mother-in-law’s drawers, rustling up all manner of what once upon a time, you would find in the knobs and knockers section of John Lewis (Brent Cross). With each man provided with a bowl to contain his knick knacks, a splendid, if not somewhat surreal game was played. And we ate some delicious spag bol with thick spag – with no veggie poncers to spoil the show.
